usa_flag - A procedural shader for a U.S. Flag

This Renderman shader applies a U. S. flag texture to a surface.

The star algorithm is from Peachey's "Textures and Modeling, A Procedural Approach", published by Academic Press.

The user can control the usual parameters for plastic shading.
