The Horse Animator Project

The Horse animator makes it easy to add galloping motion to a model. It controls the rotations of 17 body sections in the model. A Cycle Time parameter controls the seconds per cycle.

The various body sections of the horse are identified by selecting folders in a popup menu. The rotation points for each folder must be made at the appropriate 3D coordinate in Modeler.

The model must be designed with the proper hierarchical structure for the animator module to work. A diagram is available to show an example of the structure. The Horse animator module should be placed in the highest level folder for the horse, then use the popup menus to assign the appropriate subfolders.
